There is so much confusing and contradicting information on the internet and social media surrounding pregnancy and postpartum fitness. The answer lies in each individual and unique situation. The three step process below ensures you get the most out of our time together.
1. Complete a written questionnaire about your journey, childbirth experience, symptoms, goals, and concerns.
2. Engage in a 30-minute call before the consultation to talk in more detail so we are able to use your gym time effectively.
3. Spend 60 minutes at the gym together. I will do fitness assessments and provide you with strategies to help you reach your movement goals.
