CONSULTATION

ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION

$150

There is so much confusing and contradicting information on the internet and social media surrounding pregnancy and postpartum fitness. The answer lies in each individual and unique situation. The three step process below ensures you get the most out of our time together.

1. Complete a written questionnaire about your journey, childbirth experience, symptoms, goals, and concerns. 

2. Engage in a 30-minute call before the consultation to talk in more detail so we are able to use your gym time effectively. 

3. Spend 60 minutes at the gym together. I will do fitness assessments and provide you with strategies to help you reach your movement goals. 

**If you book 8 or more personal training sessions after a consultation, your first session is 1/2 the price. 

ONLINE CONSULTATION

ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION

$100, 60 minutes

I will send you a questionnaire before our session about your journey, childbirth experience, symptoms, and goals. Our time together will be spent using a video call to do movement assessment along with discussing your concerns/questions. I will provide you with strategies moving forward to help you reach your goals. 

REMOTE COACHING

ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION

$500, 4 weeks

I will program your workouts for 4 weeks with detailed descriptions. This will include one 60 minute consultation the first month and a 30-minute call at the beginning of each additional month we are working together. I will assess your movements (video), and we will communicate through email/texts as to how you are feeling/questions you have in regards to your training on a daily basis. You will have unlimited access to communication with me.

REMOTE COACHING

ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION

$400, 4 weeks

I will send you modifications with detailed descriptions so you can still participate in your gym’s programming. This will include one 60 minute consultation the first 4 weeks. I will assess your movements (video), and we will communicate through email/texts as to how you are feeling or questions you may have in regards to your training on a daily basis. You will have unlimited access to communication with me.

REMOTE COACHING

ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION

$300, 4 weeks

I will send you modifications with detailed descriptions so you can still participate in your gym’s programming. This will include one 60 minute consultation the first 4 weeks. Communication will be once a week through email.  I will assess your videos from the week, check how things are feeling, and make adjustments moving forward.

REMOTE COACHING

 I will send you modifications with detailed descriptions so you can still participate in your gym’s programming. Workout modifications are provided with explanations but no movement analysis or extra communication are included. This will include a 30 minute consultation to begin the first 4 weeks.

PERSONAL TRAINING

All one-on-one training will be individualized for your unique situation, recovery, and fitness goals.

GROUP CLASSES

$240 Six week program, two classes per week (run 2-3 times a year)

I have found from my personal journey that there is a lack of support for pregnant and postpartum women. After a woman is “cleared” by her doctor, she does not receive enough education on recovery or treating treating aches, pains, and leaks. I am on a mission to help moms in my local community by offering an evidence based training program that is specifically designed to help women recover from childbirth, prepare for the physical demands of motherhood, and have a successful return to their fitness choice. This class is appropriate for all pregnant and postpartum women. Pregnancy and postpartum truly equalizes the playing field and no one is immune to the healing process, no matter the level of fitness.

I designed this class to provide a supportive community of moms, and you are welcome to bring your baby or toddler. By implementing new breathing strategies and movement patterns in the class, you can recover from childbirth and workout at the same time. Diastasis Recti, leaking, pelvic pain/pressure, and back pain are often ignored or brushed off as “normal” conditions for a postpartum woman. These conditions will all be addressed within the class. I want to give you the confidence to reach your goals, whether it is picking up a car seat and/or toddler without pain, returning to competitive CrossFit, doing Yoga, or running marathons. What you do or do not do during this chapter will directly affect your ability to return to daily function and fitness.

I am more than happy to collaborate with your Women’s Health/Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. This program complements (most) rehab protocols and, while it is a group class, it will be individualized for each client. I can refer you to some professionals in the area if you need help finding someone.
