Cancellation and Payment Policy for One-on-One Services
Payment is due upon scheduling. You may cancel up to 7pm the night before for a full refund or to reschedule. If it is after 7pm, then you will be charged half of the session cost.
REMOTE COACHING
$300, 4 weeks
I will send you modifications with detailed descriptions so you can still participate in your gym’s programming. This will include an hour-long consultation the first month and a 30-minute session at the beginning of each month we are working together. I will assess your movements (video), and we will communicate through email/texts as to how you are feeling or questions you may have in regards to your training on a daily basis. You will have unlimited access to communication with me.

$200, 4 weeks
