I will send you progressive core work specific to your recovery needs, along with progressions to return to the fitness you enjoy. You will receive detailed descriptions/video demos each week. Communication will be through text/email/Google documents along with video coaching calls. I will assess your videos, read your feedback, check how things are feeling, and make adjustments moving forward.
